Job Description Lead the Community Quality Alliance - a Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) and Community Health Alliance of the Ozarks - an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) in an effort to improve the delivery of healthcare and maximize efficiency of the health system across a network of providers. The Executive Director plans, directs, monitors, and evaluates the operational and financial performance of the population health management programs. Additionally, the position is responsible for establishing and implementing all non-medical policies and procedures, including financial management, operational performance, contracting, information systems, operational benchmarking, public relations, and legal/regulatory compliance. The Executive Director achieves this by building relationships with Northwest Health employed and independent community providers in the network. Work alongside the Northwest Health Market CEO and CHS SVP of Managed Care to develop and implement innovative value-based care strategies that are evaluated based on industry trends. These strategies include contract negotiation, network development, program innovation, and development of key tracking metrics. Lead in the development, tracking and distribution of all earned value-based care monies to the participating provider network. Design and manage the distribution model driven through value-based care performance. Develop and manage key relationships with insurance carriers to negotiate new agreements, modify existing and communicate on overall program performance. Develop and manage key relationships with community stakeholders involved in value-based care and care innovation discussions. Coordinates the physician-led Board of Trustees for the CIN, physician-led Board of Trustees for the ACO, Finance and Contracting Committee, Quality Committee, Network Development and Credentialing Committee and Performance Improvement Process Committee.
