Endeavor to transfer knowledge, experience and relationships to Company and/or its affiliates (as directed by the Company) as follows:
Transfer key retail customer relationships to the Company's affiliates, including, without limitation, Hub International Insurances Services Inc. ("Hub California") including, without limitation, Paragon, KG&P, United-USI, Doyle and Winfield. Success metric is 100% revenue retention during consulting period.
Transfer key wholesale relationships to the Company including, without limitation, Allied Universal and Weiser. Success metric is 100% revenue retention during consulting period.
Assimilate the Company and its affiliates, including, without limitation, Hub California, into key industry organizations including, without limitation, NASCO and NCISS.
Transfer underwriting knowledge and expertise as well as claims expertise and insight to the Company.
Consult with the Company and its affiliates, including, without limitation, Hub International Limited, on security industry practice strategy as requested.
Assist the Company on new business production and renewal retention as requested.
