Executive Assistant with an active TS/SCI clearance to support TGS and our government customer in Arlington, VA. Tuknik Government Services currently has an opening for an Executive Assistant (EA) to provide executive level support for Department of Defense Office of the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer (CDAO). Under the direction of the government, the Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to executive-level, management, and key technical personnel across the CDAO. This will include primarily clerical functions: keep calendars, arranging travel, keeping the executive on time, arranging meetings, ensuring read ahead material is available, etc. The candidate will be the executive assistant support for the CDAO located in Arlington, VA office. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Support the program management staff in the preparation of deliverables, internal reports, briefings, and drawings associated with the project being supported. Performs clerical functions such as preparing correspondence and reports, handling information requests, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, arranging, and coordinating travel, scheduling meetings, facilities management, and monitoring physical security.
Coordinates/communicates behalf of the organization's leadership, including calls, responding to email and interfacing, with stakeholders or their staffs at all levels.
Provide comprehensive support services for daily operations in areas of normal administrative service functions to include action suspense tracking, workload prioritization, calendar maintenance, communications, correspondence and distribution services, reporting, procurement of administrative supplies, property administration, security management, as well as travel (requires familiarity with the use of the Defense Travel System) and transportation, directives, and training.
Responsible for managing the quality of correspondence provided to the Government Senior Executive Leadership's review.
Requirements:
Current/Active Top Secret security clearance
5+ years of relevant experience to include 2 years of experience directly supporting a Tier-2 Senior Executive; and 2-years of office administration.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, a high level of integrity, critical thinking, and leadership courage.
Experience preparing staff packages for the official DoD staffing and coordination process.
Ability to use CATMS or similar action tracking software to manage, update, and track staff actions.
Experience using the Defense Travel System.
Must be a self-starter that can recognize needs and act with little to no guidance.
Able to rapidly understand and apply new concepts.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
Advanced MS Word skills; proficient PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook application skills.
To be considered, must have a CURRENT/ACTIVE TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance. Education:
