Position

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our senior research team, ensuring the efficient operation of their responsibilities. Your role will encompass managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and group events, and handling sensitive information with discretion. What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders such as the scientific advisory board, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Manage senior leaders' calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming correspondence and communications, prioritizing and responding as necessary.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Assist in planning and organizing corporate events and conferences.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the senior leadership team and across departments.
  • Assist senior leaders in managing special projects and initiatives, ensuring they are executed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Process expense reports, monitor budgets, and maintain financial records for senior leaders.
  • Provide candidate concierge support for potential Research employees as they move through the interview process.

Qualifications

  • 4 - 6 years of relevant experience; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and equipment, including advanced knowledge of office productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

The expected salary range for this role is $111,000 to $121,600 depending on skills, competency, and the market demand for your expertise.
