About the Company and Executive Assistant Opportunity:
- CFS is partnering with a new client who is looking to hire a seasoned Executive Assistant to support a busy executive
- This position will begin immediately after an interview on a contractual basis and transition into a permanent role for the right candidate
- Company offers great benefits once permanent
- Position is 100% in office in Baltimore, MD, 8am-5pm M-F
- Reports to the Senior Executive, who has been described as empathetic, kind, and engaging
Job Duties of the Executive Assistant: - Manage daily calendar activities and scheduling for Executive
- Provides discreet and confidential coordination of sensitive information
- Uses organizational knowledge and judgment to answer inquiries
- Maintains complex daily calendar(s) to ensure that Executive's schedule and meetings are properly prioritized throughout the day. Ensures that schedule reflects priorities and critical objectives and goals of department
- Serves as liaison representing department collaborating with other business entities involving high level business transactions/interactions
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response
- Prioritizes conflicting needs and handles matters proactively, and follows through
- Provides an advanced level of assistance in managing and preparing expense accounts, corporate credit accounts and budgets
- Prepares presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other business-related communications/correspondence independently. Proofreads for errors to ensure all materials are of a high quality
- Anticipates travel needs and independently coordinates complex travel arrangements. Supports Executive with travel documentation, procedures, itineraries, etc.

Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant
- High level of competency in computer software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation and other required database applications
- Great ability to manage calendars and meetings
- Must be able to pass a background check
