Our company, a leader in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organized Permanent Executive Assistant. This vital role will provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple C-suite executives, ensuring the smooth running of our fast-paced and exciting office environment. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong work ethic who thrives in a high-energy, results-driven setting. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably with hospitality experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Coordinate logistics of executive team programs including meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events.
3. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
4. File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
5. Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
6. Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
7. Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
8. Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
9. Liaise with internal staff at all levels and interact with external clients.
10. Coordinate project-based work and review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree required.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple C-suite executives.
3. Hospitality experience is preferred.
4. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
7. Ability to work independently and within a team on special and ongoing projects.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
9. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
10. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners.
11. Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
