What's happening at Entrada Therapeutics? Entrada is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company aiming to transform the lives of patients by establishing a new class of medicines that engage intracellular targets that have long been considered inaccessible.

Our Endosomal Escape Vehicle (EEV )-therapeutics are designed to enable the efficient intracellular delivery of a wide range of therapeutics into a variety of organs and tissues, resulting in an improved therapeutic index. Through this proprietary, versatile and modular approach, Entrada is advancing a robust development portfolio of RNA-, antibody- and enzyme-based programs for the potential treatment of neuromuscular, ocular, metabolic and immunological diseases, among others.

Our lead oligonucleotide programs are in development for the potential treatment of people living with Duchenne who are exon 44, 45 and 50 skipping amenable. We have also partnered to develop a clinical-stage program, VX-670, for myotonic dystrophy type 1.

The Opportunity

The Executive Assistant will provide a variable scale of administrative support to the Entrada team, focused on high-level support to the Chief Scientific Officer, SVP of Regulatory Affairs, and SVP of People. This role requires you to be on site three fixed days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Provide seamless administrative support for Chief Scientific Officer, SVP of Regulatory Affairs, and SVP of People.
  • Execute a wide range of operational tasks such as frequent and complex calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and drafting of correspondence (sometimes of a confidential nature), all while ensuring there is an eye to detail, and proactively identifying issues and solving for them.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs, utilizing judgement and proactively follow up, often under tight deadlines.
  • Coordinate and track domestic and international travel arrangements and manage expense reporting for executive management team.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with other EAs, operations and other departments to support Entrada and its collective needs.
  • Collaborate with administrative support functions, IT, Operations and stakeholders to identify efficiencies and solutions.
  • Support the R&D leaders with scheduling team meetings and triage conflicting priorities.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams and departments to ensure seamless support of organizational goals, being sensitive to the needs of each individual given shifting priorities
  • Assist with special projects and events, such as meetings for companywide initiatives. coordinating KOL office visits, vendor visits and CROs, in-person team meetings, etc.
  • Maintain employees' confidence and protect operations by keeping company proprietary information confidential.
  • Draft, design, and edit corporate files as needed, including external & internal presentations and meeting materials.
  • Provide backup front desk support to office manager, ensuring operational needs are being met.
  • Help to build and strengthen office culture through daily interactions as well as administrative support of the EPIC planning team.

To thrive on our team, you will need to come with:

  • In office attendance during core working hours 4 days a week.
  • 10 years of administrative experience with a proven track record of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A highly flexible team player with demonstrated professional maturity to readily prioritize and anticipate needs.
  • Responsive and proactive with the ability to work well under tight deadlines and respond to rapidly changing demands.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high standard of confidentiality.
  • Highly proficient technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Start-up and/or biotech experience is strongly preferred.
