Description DOD Secret Clearance Required The candidate in this role will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, liability insurance, and non-personal services necessary to provide program analytical support to the Pentagon Force Pentagon Agency (PFPA). PFPA's mission is to provide force protection, security and law enforcement as required. This included physical security, anti-terrorism and force protection, chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive (CBRNE) protection and other key functions. In order to fully respond to the responsibilities of the mission, PFPA requires a wide range of non-personal services in support of the current and evolving PFP Divisions. Responsibilities Subject matter expert in the following areas: Acquisition Specialist Services -assist management with strategic planning including market research, evaluations, studies, analysis, scenarios/simulations, reports; provide personnel with experience in program or acquisition support including administrative and scheduling responsibilities Requirements Specialist Services -assistance in the areas of Acquisition and Procurement for all acquisition requisition. The contractor shall assist the Program Analyst and Directorates with their projects, correspondence analysis, and process improvement analysis. Technical Writing Services -provide support across the spectrum of A&R and PFPA division activities. Executive Assistant Services - Policy Analysis Division (PAD) .-provide Executive Administrative Support to the PFPA HQ, service as the focal point for administrative support functions and assist PFPA in monitoring managerial and administrative support in the daily operations of the Agency. Update and maintain a suspense tracking system for correspondence and projects received. Assign correspondence and documents to the appropriate offices and/or personnel for response. Prepare weekly action reports of critical suspense data, weekly reconciliation between internal/external program offices of pending/overdue actions, and investigation/resolve of all discrepancies. Arrange calls and meetings, make travel plans, prepare reports and other paperwork, file management, mail sorting, answering requests for information and general correspondence. Manage documents in accordance with local policies. Qualifications 3 years experience related business management, business administration, correspondence, or similar fields Proficient in the use of Adobe Acrobat and the Microsoft Office software programs to include Word, Excel, Project, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to work in a fast pace environment, and ability to be effective in diligently mastering and managing priorities of the organization, and clients. Shall interact with various levels of people within and outside of the organization to obtain information. Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and planning skills are required in the planning, development, installation, and maintenance of highly complex management information.
