Job Details

Interested applicants should have a previous experience as a legal administrative assistant in a law firm environment display a consistent work history with solid tenure. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Job responsibilities will include:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for attorneys and executives
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications
  • Arrange travel accommodations and create detailed itineraries for business trips
  • Assist with client relations by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and maintaining client databases
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of documents
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by management
