We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. This is an onsite position you will be required to work onsite no remote. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage the executive team's calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and other documents on behalf of executives.
Conduct research and compile data as needed to support decision-making processes.
Coordinate logistics for corporate events, conferences, and off-site meetings.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
High degree of professionalism and discretion.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
