The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Guilderland, located in Altamont, NY, is currently seeking RN Supervisors to promote and restore patients' health with management, directing staff, help forging a team environemnt, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs, and finally, by providing physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families
- Position is for the Evening Shift.
- Currently seeking full-time RNs
- Rate: $40.00 to $46.00 per hour with benefits
- Sign-on: $7,500.00
RN Necessary Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
- Team Leadership
- A Positive Disposition
RN Requirements Include:
- Current NYS RN Licensure
- Experience in Long Term Care or medical/surgical preferred but not required
- Experience in a supervisory capacity preferred but not required
