Job Title: Evening Shift Nursing Supervisor
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Evening (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday + Every Other Weekend)

Job Description: As the Evening Shift Nursing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the nursing staff during the evening shift. You will ensure that our residents receive high-quality care, and you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage nursing staff during the evening shift.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers as necessary.
- Respond to emergencies and provide guidance to nursing staff in critical situations.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and report on the performance of nursing staff.
- Assist in staff scheduling and make adjustments as needed.
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care and address any issues or concerns.
- Act as a resource and support for nursing staff, providing guidance and assistance.
Qualifications: - Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in the state of VA.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent patient care skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make critical decisions.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Salary/ Wage Range Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
