Twelve Oaks - We are seeking a Caregiver (Care Partner)/Medical Technician for our PM shift at a small senior living community including memory care, that offers exceptional benefits and where you can make a difference in the lives of our residents every single day.

Pay: $18.50

Eligible for Shift Differentials: additional pay premiums to compensate employees for working hours and shifts other than regular day shifts.
  • 3% for evening shifts
  • 5% for NOC shifts
  • 7% for weekend shifts
  • Differentials can be used in combination with others, for example
  • 10% for weekend evening shift
  • 12% for weekend NOC shift

What Makes This Position Special? As a Caregiver, you're responsible for providing direct assistance and care to assigned residents under the supervision of the Director of Residential Health Services or Assisted Living Manager and shift charge nurse.

What You'll Do:
  • Promotes independence while assisting residents with activities of daily living including but not limited to personal hygiene, dressing, ambulation, and meal service in accordance with the care plan .
  • Encourages socialization and physical activity by t ransport ing or e sc orting residents to meals , activities, appointments, and outings as required.
  • Responds quickly and courteously to resident calls for emergency and non-emergency assistance.
  • Observes resident regularly and reports any change in the condition to supervisor and nurse on duty . Records changes and observations in electronic medical record system.
  • May perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal service to resident assigned.
The Skills You Need: Experience with Assisted Living and Memory Care is highly preffered. High school education preferred, or up to six months related experience and/or training. Must have First Aid Certification . Basic computer skills with experience using electronic medical records/charting required.

2 PM Shifts Available Schedule: (Sunday - Thursday) or (Tuesday - Saturday)
