Large self-performing concrete contractor in Northern Delaware has a immediate opening for Concrete Estimator who is highly experienced in take-off and pricing of concrete structures, foundations and flatwork.

Candidate Requirements for the Estimator Position:

Must be experienced in take-off and pricing of commercial concrete structures, foundations and flatwork.

Computer / Technology Skills - Timberline Estimating Program a Plus

3D Modeling in Tekla a plus

Business Development and Marketing Abilities

Experienced Management Skills

Experienced in Purchasing

Experienced in Construction Operations

Experienced in Project Management and Pre-Construction
