Travel required: At the onset to Rochester, in and around the Philly area thereafter. This person would be helping up and down the east coast so they would be getting to the job site at the beginning as needed.

Top Skills needed:
1. Residential / Wood frame and affordable
2. Affordable housing would be huge
3. Hotel experience would be a nice add on but as long as its not the only experience.
4. Architectural background would be nice to understand and read plans. Working on takeoff software. I can get them set up on the software that they use
5. Preliminary estimates and takeoff with all of their software internally - just signed up with a new one. They use "insight" for site work take offs
1. They have a chief estimator that is looking to retire so there is room for growth
2. They do use Bluebeam and Procure - on screen takeoff. Bluebeam PDF takeoff is what they have done too if needed for less complicated work
6. Getting projects out to be
7. Getting with subs and rescoping bids and reviewing that bid
8. Developing final budgets
