Responsibilities:

Analyze proposal specifications and drawings to define project scope

Attend meetings, conduct site visits, and negotiate scope of work

Assess design options and recommend optimal solutions

Prepare comprehensive project estimates and bid packages

Collaborate with internal teams and the operations department on project estimates

Contribute to proposal development and presentations

Maintain updated files of working documents for estimates

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

5 years of experience in estimating and construction engineering

Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid, Excel, Word, and Outlook

Familiarity with Oracle Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project

Quick adaptability to new technology and business intelligence tools

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Authorization to work in the US without future visa sponsorship
