Job DetailsYou will work closely with attorneys and clients in the preparation of estate planning documents and management of estate and trust administration matters. We are searching for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Estate Planning and Administration.
Job Duties:
- Document Preparation: drafting and reviewing various estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and beneficiary designations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Client Communication
- Legal Research
- Meeting Support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience as an Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal.
- Proficiency in legal research techniques and resources.
