Job Details

Client Support: Communicate with clients, answer inquiries, and provide support during estate planning and probate processes. Maintain positive client relationships and ensure their needs are met.

Document Management: Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate filings. Ensure documents are accurate, up to date, and filed appropriately.

Research: Conduct legal research on estate planning and probate laws and regulations. Stay current on changes in relevant legislation and best practices.

Case Management: Assist attorneys in managing estate planning and probate cases, including scheduling appointments, court dates, and meetings. Keep accurate records of case progress.

Financial Records: Manage financial aspects of estates, including tracking assets, liabilities, and distributions. Calculate estate taxes and assist with financial documentation.

Client Meetings: Attend client meetings and assist attorneys in providing explanations and guidance on estate planning and probate processes.

Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys, other paralegals, and support staff to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the estate planning and probate practice.
