We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate and Trust Attorney to join our firm. As an Estate and Trust Attorney, you will provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients on matters related to estate planning, trust administration, and probate. Your role will involve drafting legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings, and providing guidance on complex estate and trust matters.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive estate planning services to clients, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents tailored to individual client needs.
• Advise clients on strategies to minimize estate taxes, protect assets, and ensure the smooth transfer of wealth to beneficiaries.
• Assist clients with trust administration, including interpreting trust provisions, managing trust assets, and distributing trust assets to beneficiaries.
• Represent clients in probate proceedings, including estate administration, will contests, and other disputes related to estate distribution.
• Conduct legal research and stay abreast of changes in estate and trust laws to provide clients with up-to-date advice and guidance.
