As an integral member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting attorneys in all aspects of estate administration, probate proceedings, and trust administration. This position is a mandatory 5 days per week onsite role.

Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing compassionate and knowledgeable assistance throughout the estate administration process.
- Case Management: Manage and organize estate administration files, including drafting correspondence, maintaining calendars, and ensuring deadlines are met with precision.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and file legal documents related to probate, trust administration, and estate planning, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Asset Management: Assist in the identification, valuation, and distribution of estate assets, working closely with financial institutions, real estate professionals, and other parties as needed.
- Court Filings: File documents with the probate court, including petitions, inventories, and accountings, and coordinate with court personnel to facilitate smooth proceedings.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research on estate planning and probate matters, staying abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact client cases.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with attorneys and other paralegals, providing support as needed to ensure efficient case progression and client satisfaction.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client information and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of job performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
- Prior experience in estate administration, probate, or trust administration strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
