We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of ERP Transformation Lead, to work in San Jose, CA.
Pay Rate: $75 - $80/ hr on W2
$85 - $90/ hr on C2C
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategies for migrating data from legacy systems, prioritizing data integrity and minimizing business disruption.
- Champion the implementation of industry best practices throughout the ERP implementation process, ensuring state-of-the-art processes and systems.
- Establish strong collaborations with key internal stakeholders (Business, Corporate Engineering, internal Engineering team) and external partners, aligning ERP implementation efforts with overarching business objectives.
- Facilitate comprehensive knowledge transfer to the new AMS vendor and internal engineering team, ensuring long-term sustainability and capability building.
- Review and facilitate sign-off from both business and technology perspectives for Business Process, Architecture, and Master Data Management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Review go-live readiness and cut-over plan to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop a visionary ERP roadmap anticipating future organizational needs, encouraging continual innovation, and ensuring system adaptability.
- Ensure changes adhere to relevant regulations and internal control policies. Define processes and approvals to ensure changes are tested and deployed safely.
- Define the process for periodically reviewing and auditing financial systems for integrity and compliance in coordination with the Internal Control team.

- Proven experience in leading ERP transformation initiatives, with expertise in system integration and effective data migration.
- Strong advocacy for industry best practices, with the ability to champion their implementation throughout the ERP implementation process.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish strong collaborations with internal and external partners.
- Proficiency in facilitating knowledge transfer and building capability within internal teams and external vendors.
- Strategic thinking and visioning skills, with the ability to develop ERP roadmaps that anticipate future organizational needs and encourage innovation.
