ERP Specialist

Job Description

As an ERP Specialist with a focus in the finance workstream of SAP implementation, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, guidance, and support throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and external consultants, you will ensure the successful configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP finance modules to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand finance process requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Lead the design, configuration, and customization of SAP finance modules (e.g., FI, CO, AA) to align with business needs and industry best practices.

Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where standard SAP functionalities may require enhancements.

Provide expert guidance on SAP finance module functionality, data structures, and integration points with other SAP modules.

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and accuracy of SAP finance solutions.

Support end-users during the transition phase by providing training, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to SAP finance functionalities.

Collaborate with the project management team to ensure adherence to project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Stay informed about the latest SAP updates, industry trends, and best practices related to finance processes and technologies.
