Description ERP Support Specialist Reporting
Relationship: Reports to Global ERP Program Manager, Unger Enterprises Primary Purpose of Position
The NAV/BC Support Specialist provides support for end users on the company's ERP, NAV/BC, and its associated Jet report writer.
Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Provide support NAV/BC, Jet report writer and any new business applications
Provide appropriate user training
Troubleshoot issues related to system applications (primarily NAV/BC and EDI)
Ensure system application documentation is up to date
Other tasks as requested by the Global ERP Program Manager Experience Required
NAV/BC Help Desk experience
Exposure to NAV upgrades
Knowledgeable in creation and maintenance of Jet Reports
Proficient in Excel
General accounting background a plus
SQL Queries a plus
3 - 5 years' experience in an ERP environment with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Navision
Experience with EDI mapping, transmissions and issues
Culturally aware, prior experience with a global team Personal Characteristics

Solid interpersonal skills and ability to create positive business relationships
Strong communication skills
Proactive and creative problem solver
A quick learner, that can gather information to aid in problem resolution
