We are seeking a Permanent Continuous Improvement Leader to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive operational excellence and shape the future of our rapidly growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our continuous improvement efforts, with a focus on maximizing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving overall operational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Utilize Six Sigma methodology and Lean principles to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Lead maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Use Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen techniques to analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
• Provide leadership in a refinery and plant environment, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify causes of equipment failure and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and improve product quality.
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking work orders, preventive maintenance, and equipment history.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of equipment and pumps, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in implementing Lean methodologies and Kaizen techniques.
• Strong knowledge of Value Stream Mapping and Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience in a refinery or plant environment, with a focus on equipment reliability.
• Proficiency in using CMMS for maintenance management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on practical and efficient solutions.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of achieving measurable improvements in operational performance.
