Epicor Technical Consultant
Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of an Epicor Technical Consultant for a contract position in Roseville, MN
The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: - Evaluation of the current Epicor ERP Set Up current client and recommendations of improvements since go live define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
- Coordinate and track the assessment of the current environment, including data, information, and site collections
- Collaborate with agency stakeholders to verify the accuracy of critical data
- Coordinate requirements of reporting needs with the agency and create reports
- Coordinate and collaborate on Epicor Issues Log and implement enhancements
- Coordinate and track the thorough testing of data integrity, access controls, and functionality
- Coordinate and track the creation of ongoing support and documentation to assist users in the transition
- Monitor the migration process to ensure data integrity and minimal downtime
- Evaluate the success of the migration against the defined success criteria
- Create a final project report summarizing the entire migration process
- Provide knowledge transfer and training where it is necessary
