Position Duties:
• Assess and optimize the functionality of the Epicor P21 system.
• Customize and integrate P21 to meet the client's unique needs.
• Lead system upgrades and network enhancements for seamless operations.
• Conduct fit gap analysis and implement workflow enhancements for maximum efficiency.
• Provide comprehensive end-user training to ensure smooth adoption of system changes.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Epicor P21 SME with technical and functional expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of P21 modules including: Financials, Inventory, Quote to Cash, Shipping & Distribution, and Shop Floor.
• Experience with P21 Wireless Warehouse
• Knowledge of database administration
