Epicor Product Owner

Overview:
- Drive vision and strategy for Epicor ERP system in alignment with organizational goals
- Partner with various business segments (manufacturing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance) to ensure ERP aligns with all business functions
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, interdepartmentally to gather requirements
- Translate requirements to user stories and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate with development and business teams to ensure functionality aligns with business needs and processes
- Oversee creation and maintenance of documentation
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements, apply business processes to ERP
- Create and execute test plans for system enhancements and changes
- Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement and management of processes and systems
Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience in ERP management (Epicor preferred)
- Understanding business processes in a manufacturing environment
Benefits And Compensation:
- Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 Bonus
