Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for an EPIC Technical Consultant for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in Des Moines, IA.
Title: EPIC Technical Readiness Consultant (Healthcare)
Location: Des Moines, IA (Remote - must be willing to travel to Des Moines weekly)
Duration: 6+ Months
Role Type: W2 contract engagement
Position Summary:
Technical Consultant
Must have experience managing Epic Readiness Projects
- Coordinate Walkthrough Scheduling and On Boarding
- Determine Inventory and Assessment walkthrough schedule
- Contact Department Managers to schedule walkthrough appointments
- Compose and send Initial/Follow-up Communications to Department Managers
- Ensure Quickbase database is up to date with information collected
- Garner department manager sign off when required
- Coordinate Post Walkthrough Analysis
- Review the device Gap Count with the Department/Practice Manager via Gap report and obtain sign-off .
- Track Gap-related questions/Update TogetherCare Team
- Attend local Steering Committee calls as needed
- Attend TogetherCare project calls
- Assist in report outs/project status for TIS Steering calls
- Coordinate TDR Scheduling and On Boarding
- Determine TDR walkthrough schedule
- Contact Department Managers to schedule TDR appointments
- RHM CSC to garner department manager sign off
- Participate in local Steering Committee and GLRAA calls
- Assist in report outs/project status for TIS Steering calls
