Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks in various areas of the facility, including patient rooms, common areas, and offices.
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
Dispose of waste and hazardous materials according to regulations.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies.
Collaborate with other environmental service staff to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Environmental Service Worker or in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift, and move heavy objects.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of infection control practices is a plus.
Certification in environmental services or related training is preferred.
