As a remote, commission-only, 1099 agent, you'll have the opportunity to work with a mentor until you're licensed and trained. Our approach involves conducting activities to generate your leads, promoting our financial literacy platform at no cost to clients, and building relationships based on education and service. Responsibilities: Work remotely, part-time or full-time Work with a mentor agent until licensed and trained Generate warm and cold leads, promoting financial literacy Communicate with potential clients, understanding their needs with support from another agent during training Provide excellent customer service Market our financial platform to individuals and businesses through various channels Attend weekly meetings and ongoing training sessions Pay for your licensing and background check Qualifications: Fluent in English with strong communication skills (Zoom calls, Email, and Texts) High integrity, punctuality, team-player, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Pass a background check and reside in the USA (with a SSN) Get state licensed (Life/Health) within 30 days before receiving commissions (coordinated with you, no securities license required) Work a minimum of 10 hours per week if part-time Use and host Zoom calls, have a stable internet connection, and work from a laptop or PC remotely Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required Detail-oriented with good organizational skills (Google Calendar recommended) Note: This is an entry-level position, and comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
