Entry Level Entrepreneur

We are looking for entrepreneurs to join our team and lead a crew of associates to build their own divisions and drive sales. An entrepreneur's responsibilities include financial management of the department and oversight of employees to ensure that the organization grows as expected.
Ultimately, you will work with other leaders to grow the department and help the organization reach its goals.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage company calls, emails, visitors and inquiries
- Make calls, reply to emails, and reschedule as needed
- Serve customers and ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating products and services
- Perform the company's human resources functions
- Perform other tasks necessary for the organization to achieve its goals
Ideal Traits:
- Basic understanding of project management principles is an advantage
- Excellent communication (oral and written)
- Presentation skills
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
- Proficient command of English
- Desire to succeed
