Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Manager:



  • Assist in the organizing of in-person customer engagements to build longevity with our clients customers
  • Enroll customers with our clients products and services
  • Work with Sales Representatives to increase our clients brand awareness and revenue generation
  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
  • Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials.
  • Responsible for top-level customer service, account explanations, client relations, and customer upgrade options
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Support the marketing work of other team members
