Job Title: Entry Level AP/AR Specialist
Location: Kalamazoo, MI
CFS is partnering with a manufacturing company to add an AP/AR Specialist to their accounting team. Whether you're fresh out of college or have a couple of years under your belt, we want you.
AP/AR Specialist Responsibilities:
- Credit card and daily bank reconciliation.
- Daily processing of customer invoices (20-30/day).
- Manage shared email account, respond to inquiries, and handle data entry.
- Manual entry for payment setup in ERP.
- Assist with report building and documentation for global team.
AP/AR Specialist Qualifications:
- Recent grad or AP/AR experience.
- Plus: Degree, advanced Excel, SAP or AX proficiency.
AP/AR Specialist Personal Traits:

AP/AR Specialist Compensation: $24.00 to $26.50 per hour
