This industry leader is going through a complete redesign of their systems and is expanding their team with the addition of Enterprise Systems Architect to support the needs of the overall system redesign effort. You will work with the systems from an enterprise perspective in an environment that has multiple places, countries and varied systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic leadership in defining and implementing the organization's enterprise architecture adhering to the Digital Transformation program.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture blueprint that aligns with business objectives and supports the long-term vision.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to understand business goals, identify business opportunities, and translate them into technology strategies and solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform and shape the organization's technology roadmap.
- Establish and enforce enterprise architecture standards to ensure consistency and interoperability across systems.
- Implement governance processes to review and approve technology solutions, ensuring compliance with architectural principles.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including sustainability officers and business leaders, to understand and address sustainability requirements.
- Understand how global/regional industry standards and regulations affect the organization, ensure adherence of architectural implementations to these standards, and be involved in regular compliance checks and reporting on sustainability metrics.
BACKGROUND
- Strong progressive experience in IT, with a focus on enterprise architecture.
- Proven experience in designing, architecting and implementing complex, enterprise-level systems and solutions projects.
- Proven experience architecting cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure.
- Experience in Integration Architecture, Data Architecture and in Data modeling, Database design.
- Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman are highly desirable.
- Design and build of J2EE and .NET architectures.
- Experience defining and enabling Service Oriented Architecture required.
- Experience with Middleware and Master Data Management solutions.
- Experience with relational DBMS and SQL.
- Experience in implementing and using an EA Tool such as LeanIX, Abacus, BizzDesign, or other.
- Strong experience in the design and deployment of an ERP solution in the Manufacturing space.
