The Enterprise Solutions Architect will design, implement, and maintain enterprise solution architecture, focusing on integrating new technologies and ensuring network security and efficiency. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing network documentation, and leading configuration and test planning activities. Responsible to architect, build and deploy software platforms on next generation on-prem and Cloud based products. Candidate will develop and demonstratemmunicate complex IT solutions and architectures such as Zero Trust and multi-cloud hybrid architectures. Candidate will develop quick prototypes to demonstrate the architectural concepts and product ideas to team, management, product management, customers etc. Furthermore, the candidate will work with SME's, Architects, product managers and mentor other team members. Job Responsibilities: Design and architect cloud-based solutions on CSP's that meet the organization's requirements for scalability, reliability, security, and performance. Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure components including computer, storage, networking, databases, and security services. Create detailed architectural diagrams and documentation to outline the structure of cloud solutions, including network architecture, data storage, and computing resources. Document architecture designs, configurations, and procedures. Promote best practices for cloud usage and ensure adherence to standards and guidelines. Recommend and select appropriate cloud services to meet the specific needs of each project, considering factors like performance, cost, and security. Identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization within client cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Advise clients on all matters related to information assurance which includes supporting current systems and technologies as well as those being considered for integration. Ensure appropriate cyber security solutions, standards and procedures are implemented across efforts to ensure information confidentiality, integrity and availability as prescribed by the RMF. Research and formulate open-source software innovations integration in support of network modernization efforts using industry best practices for cost efficiency solutions. Analyze network performance with tools Perform comparative analysis of systems and designs based on merit and cost (in terms of capital and ongoing operations); and/or engineering economics (engineering-related cost benefit analysis). Skill Requirements: Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments Proven experience designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure solutions on Cloud based technologies. Deep understanding of Cloud services including compute, storage, databases, serverless, cloud networking, IAM, Automation templates, and others. Strong knowledge of networking concepts, security principles, and best practices in cloud environments. Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and infrastructure as code (IaC), specifically Terraform. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with serverless computing and microservices architecture. Experience with big data technologies such as cloud-based, data warehousing, unified analytics, and machine learning. Ability to work independently and achieve objectives on complex projects running simultaneously and complete projects by required due dates. Experience with STIG and remediating vulnerabilities and vendor best practices. Experience in working within environments that employ Agile and Scrum methodologies for project management and are structured around a DevOps culture. Good leadership qualities to instruct and lead junior engineers, administrators, and technicians.
