Job Details

Our engineering company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Security Sales-National Accounts professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic security, access control, CCTV, video surveillance, national accounts, and business development. This is a permanent position with competitive compensation and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with national accounts, including Fortune 500 companies, to identify opportunities for electronic security solutions.
  • Conduct research and analysis to understand the industry and market trends, and use this information to develop business strategies that will drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to develop proposals and solutions that meet the needs of national accounts.
  • Manage the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to national accounts, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends, and use this knowledge to inform business decisions and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in electronic security, access control, CCTV, video surveillance, national accounts, and business development.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with national accounts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions that meet the needs of national accounts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with national accounts and attend industry events.
