Enterprise Billing Director
Pay rate is between $55 - $60 per hour
Qualifications Minimum degree in accounting or finance and 3-5 years of billing / accounting experience with at least 3 years in management and supervision
Previous experience in researching, analyzing and solving billing issues
Effectively Organize and manage billing staff and workloads
Review work for accuracy, follow-through, falling proper policies and procedures that have been implemented for the department. Ensure employees and work are within compliance guidelines
Communication with team on expectations, goals and accomplishments
Schedule regular meetings with your subordinates and cross functions teams to determine what is going well
Conduct meetings with your staff, to discuss growth, achievements, change of goals or improvement areas for themselves and recommendation for departmental changes.
Ability to perform variance analysis
Well-developed personnel management and leadership experience
Must possess strong organizational skills, documentation skills and follow through
Must be able to work independently and with little supervision - must be self directed
Demonstrated ability to adapt and respond appropriately to evolving work demands
Proven ability to problem solve and take appropriate actions
Must be detail orientated with strong analytical and mathematical abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
Demonstrated proficiency in meeting timely objectives
Must be able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment and able to handle multiple tasks
Computer proficiency advanced (Excel, Word, Access and email software) Experience with Oracle Accounts Receivable and Order Management/Service Contracts preferred
Able to interface with various levels of personnel (internal and external)
Ability to work in a team environment, under pressure and meet deadlines
