This is an in-office position with a compensation range from $85,000-$100,000 plus bonus and exceptional benefits. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. We do not typically sponsor H1-B or any other work visa petitions.

Responsibilities

Participate as a member of a project team on a variety of development projects.

Work with team members and business partners to determine project requirements and enhancements based on business and user needs.

Develop applications and creative solutions based on project requirements.

Assign tasks to junior developers and provide technical guidance and oversight.

Create requirements, user stories, and work items consistent with business partners' needs.

Provide quality assurance/quality control and participate in code reviews.

Apply bug fixes and enhancements to existing solutions.

Implement and support applications post-deployment.

Quickly evaluate bugs and apply hot fixes to resolve issues.

Research new and innovative development technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science, or related field

4+ years of related work experience or internship(s), preferred.

Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Technical Experience

Full stack web development experience building applications with Angular or Blazor, and .NET Web APIs

Common software design patterns (MVC)

Relational database (Microsoft SQL preferred)

Azure Cloud application development

Responsive website design using Bootstrap.

Experience with Telerik components and libraries is a plus.

Experience with customizing engineering design software (AutoCAD) is a plus.

NoSQL database experience is a plus.
