We are seeking an Enterprise Applications Manager who will be responsible for managing critical business applications (primarily the M365 suite) and associated support models. The role is a key interface to our user community, and facilitates organizational change management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and collaborate on roadmaps for enterprise applications & M365 ecosystem, including enhancements, upgrades, integrations and migrations
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with external vendors and service providers for enterprise applications, ensuring their effectiveness
- Partner with lines of business to identify use cases and requirements for process improvements.
- Evaluate new tools based on line of business requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience managing enterprise applications.
- Experience in leading people, giving feedback, or mentoring as a manager.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 suite is a must have.
