ENT opening in North Carolina x000D Full-Time & Permanent x000D Located in Hickory, NC x000D x000D Seeking a BE/BC ENT doctor to join practice. x000D x000D - Physician-owned and operated private practice with 8 physicians, 2 PAs, and 6 audiologists covering three offices in the Hickory, Morganton and Lincolnton, NC region. x000D - The position includes a competitive starting salary with bonus structure, one-year partnership track, low-volume call with no trauma, 1:8, and a strong benefits package. x000D - Ownership in a multi-specialty ambulatory surgical center is also an option. x000D - Total compensation package once partnership obtained may exceed the 90th percentile benchmark. x000D - You can anticipate a busy practice from day one. x000D x000D All necessary ancillary and imaging equipment is available in the office. In addition, our practice has a physician co-led administrative team, which allows the provider to focus on their practice while making sure they still can have an active involvement in the decision making and future strategic initiatives of the practice. x000D x000D Our practice maintains strong relationships with the academic Otolaryngology departments in the major universities throughout the state. There are opportunities for academic engagement with resident and medical student education. x000D x000D Location: x000D x000D The region has a diverse economy and is home to a large furniture manufacturing industry, telecommunications, and transportation logistics companies and a university community (Appalachian State University-satellite and Lenoir Rhyne University).
