Description: Position Description:
On-Demand digitalization of data (drawing, engineering data, unit file)
o Average of 2 requests per day
o Drawing and engineering data located in factory that is a 5-minute one way walk away from office (10-minute walk total)
o Unit file data located in close proximity in office
o Ability to interpret index and map of data to be able to locate it
o Good proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
o Good proficiency in scanning equipment
o Good proficiency in pdf editor
o Track and catalog on demand requests
o Communicate verbally and in writing to the requestors
o Rudimentary drawing and data interpretation skill
o Ability to search and view drawing in drawing system (TeamCenter GloBus)
o Organization skills and detail orientation required
Strategic mass digitization of data (same data as above)
o Skills same as above
o Constant and continual scanning of data when not servicing on-demand requests
o Track and catalog progress
o Estimate schedule and report progress of mass effort
Experience: 2-year vocational training + up to 1 year experience needed. Knowledge: Basic knowledge and experience of principles, procedures, work routines and skills in the related field of work, gained through structured and focused two-year vocational training period ESN Job Code
