We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team building interfaces and APIs to interact with language models while upholding high safety and ethical standards. You will manage a team of software engineers building core components of our API and client libraries. You will be responsible for delivering high quality code on time that delights our users, without being involved in training the underlying models. You'll also develop systems for preventing fraudulent or abusive uses of the models. Representative projects
- Lead a team building fullstack applications with language models
- Uphold ethical standards and prevent misuse

- Plan and prioritize features and user stories
- Hire and mentor software engineers

You might be a good fit if you
- 5+ years engineering management experience
- Degree in CS or related technical fieldExperience with fullstack development
