We are looking for an Engineering Manager to direct our mobile engineering team and ensure their success. Responsibilities:
- Lead a team building fullstack applications with language models
- Uphold ethical standards and prevent misuse
- Architect client-side and server-side components
- Plan and prioritize features and user stories
- Hire and mentor software engineers
- Ensure quality through testing and code reviewsIntegrate with third-party services and data sources
- Drive roadmaps, business metrics and OKRs
- Collaborate with product and research teamsLead a team of top-performing engineers in an ambiguous and evolving environment
You may be a good fit if you:
- 5+ years engineering management experience
- Degree in CS or related technical field
- Experience with native iOS/Android development
- Passion for developing AI responsibly and safely
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience recruiting, scaling, and retaining mobile engineering talent
