Engineering Management Senior Manager

Define and create overall data warehouse and Business Intelligence (BI) architecture in technical and data tracks. Design and model data warehouses and data marts with Master Data Management (MDM). Develop operational data mart strategy and architecture. Create Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) design in relational and dimensional modeling. Design and develop Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) architecture and processes using data integration tools such as Informatica, stored procedures, and scripts. Extract data from multiple systems and applications and then load data into the enterprise data warehouse. Leverage reuse of components like data mapping ETL code and models. Establish a standard set of access technology, such as reporting and querying on the BI layer, along with best practices to communicate data from ETL and BI tools to Teradata. Create information architecture and data modeling across a diverse set of databases. Identify repeated implementation patterns and models, and architect design, and develop reusable frameworks and components. Design and develop the architecture of, and administer, large Teradata database systems in development, tests, pre-production and production environments. Develop Teradata architecture and engineering guidelines, data administration manuals, and database utility manuals. Establish statistical guidelines, security administration good practices, and Teradata object naming standards.
Requires a Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field and 3 years of IT experience (or a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field and 5 years of IT experience). Must have experience with: developing data warehouse and business intelligence architecture; application design and development including both logical and physical model; developing operational data-marts strategy, information architecture, and data models; integration of source systems to create enterprise data warehouse and data marts system; ETL and ELT design and development; Medicare processes and systems such as QNXT, FACET, QCARE, CONVEY, CCMS, MEDHOK, HEDIS, Risk Adjustments, and CMS processes; Teradata; and SQL Server.
