Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy professional to join our team as a Data Science and Analytics Specialist. As a key member of our PMO (Project Management Office), you will assist in building project management capabilities, driving digitalization and automation initiatives, and pioneering innovative solutions. The ideal candidate for this role is a professional who is passionate about data science, analytics, and technology, with basic understanding of project management and a desire to contribute to the future of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the PMO lead to identify opportunities for project management capability building, digitalization, and automation.
- Utilize data science and analytics techniques to analyze project data, identify trends, patterns, and insights, and provide actionable recommendations for process improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions using technology, coding, and power applications to automate project management processes, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies in data science, analytics, and project management, and recommend and implement relevant solutions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices, incorporating data-driven approaches.
- Provide training and support to team members on data analysis techniques, tools, and technologies, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices, digitalization strategies, and automation initiatives.
