Job Description: The Meguiar s business is seeking to hire an Intern / Co-op to work on three operational process and system improvement projects. Projects will be focused on improvement of our Product Design Documentation and loading of specifications into our new databases. This project will involve heavy collaboration with our Senior Packaging Engineers, along with partnering with our Marketers and Manufacturing Engineers to clarify and or establish documentation around:

" Primary and Secondary Packaging design specifications

" Finished product customer performance expectations

" Tools and Accessory design specifications

" Chemical regulatory data

The qualified candidate for this position should possess the following credentials:

" 2+ years of post-secondary education in a qualified college degree program

" Ability to clearly communicate and translate complex technical information clearly and succinctly

" Preferred academic majors include:

o Engineering (any)

o Science (Chemistry, Physics, Math, Statistics, Biology, or similar)

The person awarded this position will join an exciting and motivating business. The Meguiar s business is a fast growing, heavily engaged with our core customers, and rapidly evolving to meet the needs of the newest generation of automotive enthusiasts.

Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving. Worker performs tasks to assist engineers such as preliminary research, initial drawings or diagrams, design modification, or testing. Operates under direct supervision from an engineer or a senior technician.
