DTI has an immediate need for an Engagement Delivery Consultant for a long-term contract in Detroit, MI.
Must work on our W2, no C2C
Onsite expectations 1 week per month
Purpose
The Engagement Delivery Consultant will help drive the engagement of the Work & Asset Management (WAM) program team members so that they are able to execute as a high performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the WAM Program Team Engagement & Wellbeing Plan
- Help track status and drive execution of key engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Collect data and produce the monthly WAM Program Engagement & Wellbeing Dashboard
- Produce key program team engagement deliverables in a timely manner and with high quality (eg, PowerPoint presentations, emails, talking points, meeting invites, etc)
- Facilitate working sessions
- Conduct learning sessions (eg, Lunch & Learns, trainings)
- Organize team engagement activities (eg, celebrations, fun events, etc)
- Promote the WAM team recognition program
- Organize and manage project artifacts on SharePoint
- Conduct data analysis to help drive continuous improvement

- Program Team Knowledge Sharing & Engagement (ensure the broader team understands the big picture, key activities, and the critical path across different teams and silos through frequent communication)
