Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS) serves the core financial needs of individual clients and plan participants by connecting our capabilities across the firm. RPWS is responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive set of personal wealth and retirement products and services through Banking, Merrill Edge and Advisory channels. RPWS provides tools and content that enables financial advisors and bankers to help their client's live better financial lives. Job Description: The Communications Manager I- Reg serves as an Engagement Consultant for the retirement group's corporate market and small institutional clients. Defines and delivers engagement strategies for a book of assigned clients based on business goals, corporate culture, financial wellness challenges, and identified employee behaviors. Supports sponsor and participant adoption of RPWS's products and broader education programs. Understands how to engage various audience demographics to meet plan sponsor goals and address their communication challenges. This is a client facing role where the candidate will prepare and present strategies and briefings to the plan sponsor and their senior management team. Additionally, supports new business activity by representing the business's engagement program capabilities and value. Role works closely with internal partners and financial advisors, and is also expected to participate in sales and rebid situations when needed. Knowledge of the firm's products and services or a willingness to learn. FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within Compliance deadline) Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree required-Marketing or Communications major a plus Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40
