Engagement and Outreach Coordinator Salary: $43,500 - $48,500 The Engagement and Outreach Coordinator is a dynamic and resourceful relationship builder who will work with both internal teams and within the community to develop, coordinate, and initiate marketing plans designed to recruit, develop, and continually engage quality foster parents. The recruitment and retention of foster parents is critical to the success of the agency program. This position is also responsible for the pre-training and continuing training of foster parents to serve children in the care of the agency. This position will also enhance retention efforts and activities of the Villages of Indiana Foster Care program. The Engagement and Outreach Coordinatort will: Independently engage the community to connect, develop, and engage potential foster parents Coordinate and initiate regional marketing plans designed to recruit and retain foster parents Conduct community presentations and public speaking engagements Collaborate with teams across The Villages of Indiana for recruitment and retention of foster parents Administer, develop, and lead quality foster parent training and informational programs Conduct Quarterly Report calls to foster homes without a current placement and complete other administrative tasks related to the role Position Requirements: Bachelors in Social Work or related field If Bachelors in Social Work then licensure or ability to be licensed is required Experience maintaining and developing community networks and engagement The Villages of Indiana offers a team-oriented environment for case managers, social workers, and other child, family, and social services professionals with flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and benefits package.
