The Engaged Learning Specialist (ELS) will responsible for the development, support, implementation, and monitoring of learning and development activities for Volunteers of America Ohio and Indiana (VOAOHIN), in assigned impact area(s). Essential responsibilities include supporting supervisors in ensuring that employees are properly trained and prepared for their roles and that training compliance standards and expectations are met. This is a remote position and requires work schedule flexibility, and is expected to travel within Ohio & Indiana to provide hands-on support and direct training, as necessary. This position will be dedicated to Retail.

Applicants must have a high school diploma with a minimum of 3-5 years previous training work experience implementing employee training and development programs required; or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 1-3 years of training work experience implementing employee training and development programs, preferred.
